We are looking for an experienced accountant to add to our Finance Department. This position will report directly to our Finance Director to assist with running the day to day accounting and business operations.
Over the next six months, we will be transitioning from Quickbooks to a more robust system to accommodate our fast growing business needs. This position will be instrumental in assisting with the transition and creating scalable operating processes. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about the opportunity to help build and become a leader in the finance department.

ABOUT THIS POSITION
Record, classify and summarize financial transactions
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Update monthly departmental budgets
Assist with implementation of new accounting system
Perform administrative tasks as necessary
Assist in onboarding new personnel and managing employee files
B.S. in accounting or finance from an accredited university (or equivalent)
1-2 years experience in accounting or audit
Proficient in Excel
Organized and detail oriented
Authorized to work in the United States
Able to pass criminal, personal, and financial background check
